Saturday afternoon the Municipal Council of Kungsbacka adopted the Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipality of Drakenstein, South Africa. The agreememt is a base for further development of ideas within, environmental care, elderly care, youth democracy, culture, vocational education, etcetera. There was no objection to the descition from any of the councillors. I gave a 15 minutes information about what we have achieved so far and what we will be are able to do in the future. The partnership building is financed by Sida (Swedish government) through ICLD (International Center for Local Democracy).
